About iTM Administrator’s Guide
The iTM System installation and maintenance information is provided in three user guides
and a class-based training course.
The following booklet, Integrated Terminal Management (iTM) Administrator’s Guide, guides
you through the iTM system overview and all procedures of its installation and configuration.
Other booklets:
• Integrated Terminal Management (iTM) Client and Server User Guide
• Integrated Terminal Management (iTM) Proxy User Guide
These booklets present operational procedures and best practices for the most efficient use
of iTM components.
The training course, Integrated Terminal Management course, currently set for UK, helps to
master operating the iTM system.
This document is intended for the following groups of professionals:
• Network administrators who setup and maintain the iTM Server, the infrastructure,
and manage access rights for groups and users.
• Radio configuration operators who use the iTM Client and the TETRA Customer
Programming Software (CPS). The operators supply software (firmware) and codeplug
files upgrades, create and monitor scheduled jobs through the iTM Client.
• Mobile stations (MS) technicians who access and configure the iTM Proxy computers.
The technicians troubleshoot and resolve problems with the iTM Proxy in case of
failure.
