how to use?

There are two file in that one is the template and the other is the macro.

First insert cell wise cell name, long lat, BCCH(if planned otherwise keep empty) BSIC empty.

Then in the macro file insert the km after which BSIC have to be re used. suppose 3 km.. The enter the BSIC you have obtained for your network suppose for eg you have got NCC as 0 & 1 and BCC from 0-7. In that case you BSIC will be from 00 to 07 and 20 to 27. So check the first two box.ie 0 to 7 & 20 to 27.
Then click OK. The BSIC will automatically get filled in the template.
Suppose you have enter a huge distance in KM for BSIC usage, the it will show insufficient BSIC....In that case reduce the BSIC usage distance......

small help required ...

1)i have already planned BSICs for old sites i want to plan for new sites
2) if have to change BSIC for one BSC ....remaining neighboring BSCs have BSICs already planned

Dear Planner guy,

Just you consider those sites whose BSIC you have not planned but for the neighboring sites BSIC near BSC boundary you have to see the BSIC manually.

issue still persisr .....

if inside BSC i have 10 sites were BSIC is to be planned ...
i have to give the neighboring sites also as that BSIC should not be used .
please help..
