as you know in alcatel, in the BBH method is the frequency jumps and not TRX, my question is when we set up a TS SD as dynamic and that TS TRX is the 4th, and all static SD are occupied when filling the TRX with calls (TCH) is this TS (dynamic) will be filled or we wait for all the other TCH TS (3rd TRX, TRX 2nd, 1 TRX) to be occupied for fill this Dynamic SD?
