HSPA Network Optimization (Documentation Request)

Hi community, as some users know I am developing a project on a network optimization hsdpa HUAWEI in my country for my thesis work college, now I need some good information for structuring the project specifically on optimization in HSDPA and HSUPA because company only works to provide data service. Please if someone can recommend some literature or would be wonderful to share some documents with the whole community would be very helpful to me. Also I could use the experience of some engineers working in the area of optimization, if any user of the forum can help me with technical knowledge would be very grateful. Thanks a lot of people of the firum that upload great material for the issue:D

Yes RF engineer i download some files for the forum very usefull, thanks a lot at the users for this, but i need more specific information the forum have a lot optimization engeneer, i hope anyone of this engeneer help me in this and give me some guidance in my project :D.
