Are the neighbor relations between 3G and 2G networks defined? It won't do "blind" IRAT handovers otherwise

Hi,
We too had this problem but now it's settled. Soon you give me for ******** cell paramametres side, and I could answer your question. For we must act on the side of the 2G and 3G.
best regards

These parameters are to reselect from 2G to 3G, but your problem is the other way around. Can you post your 3G to 2G cell reselection parameters to analyze?

Basically Signal and Quality Level criteria for Compressed Mode triggers, as related to Event 2d trigger. I don’t know the name pf the parameters in the HUAWEI system, but they’re probably similar to E*******, which are:
qRxLevMin
qQualMin
usedFreqThresh2dRscp
hysteresis2d
sIntraSearch
sRatSearch

If I'm not mistaken, I remember hearing about iPhones ignoring measurement control messages and doing their own thing, performing IRAT HO when it wasn't meant (in places other phones wouldn't make it), using higher Tx power, reporting that the signal is not as good so the base station transmits at higher power etc, etc... more or less, it wasn't working according to the standard.
I don't suppose you could update the firmware on the iPhone?

OK, I'll take a look. Couple of questions. Are these iPhones "unlocked"? Have you checked the SIMs provisioning?
