in flexibtsod_2006_09_25.zip, library.xml is like that:

each zip has a part of the complete library, when you load the library u need load this parts, in the zip are the chapters

Hello friend I have trouble installing the library

you could do a small installation manual

it's not big case

NED
1. Install the NED first, until finish
2. After Instalation completely, usually it will open ur brwoser default automatically.

After NED instalation complete
Insert the library..
Notes : Since NED 5.6, the single file library is supported
for example lib RU10v3 (file size 650 Mb)

Insert LIB
1. use Internet Explorer to insert lib file (i have used Opera and Mozila but always error)
2. Click Menu "Admin (Menu No 1)" (on Left - up side)
3. Then Click menu "Document Set Manager" (No 2)
4. If u use NED 6.0, u will be offered with two method insert lib
single file Lib or multiple file lib (RU10V2 is 21 Files winzip)
5. For Single Lib, just browse the file with BROWSE button
at menu no. 4. then Click "Add Library" Button
it need about 5 minutes to download the file
and put in its path
6. For multiple file
type the file path in column (menu no 5). example
"F:\02 UMTS\NED and Lib\RU10\System Library v2\ru_rel_10_v2_2009_04_26.zip"
Click "Add Library Button" then wait for some seconds
Notes : Just Add the "ru_rel_10_v2_2009_04_26.zip"
And it will automaticall download all files (parts of lib)
7. If insert the library is succes
then ur library file will be shown at menu "list of libraries" (no 3)

FINISH

For NED 6 Instalation
u can download at 4shared.com, The link address in attachment

I think the multiple zip library addition doesn't work if you have installed NED previously. Mine worked when I added single zip file.

I f you want to add multiple zip files theres a manual way of doing it(copying in the NED librariies path) but you must also have the LibraryMeta xml file to append..
