Please, how do i optimize paging load without splitting LACs

Check the following:
1. BCCH channel is combined or not-use non combined channels;
2.How may channels are reserved for AGCH-1 or 2 are usually enough;
3.Try to redistribute the cells in the following way: if you have 3 BSCs and each of them has a separate LAC try to redistribute the cells equally among them if it's possible in the way that every BSC to have 3 LACs as it will have 3 separate queues for paging instead of one;
4.add 1 more CCCH channel-thus will increase PCH and AGCH capacity.

Experts, I detected AGCH Queue Congestion in one BSC just for one day, then it hass been disappeard in the next day and return to its normal value

now, I want to give an explanations to managers about this increase in AGCHloss in that day (reasons and how did we solve it?)

while that we didn't take any actions and the traffic was normal in that day

It seems to me as a signaling problem between MSC and BSC. Check first if there was any interruption of the interfaces or what was the situation from MSC side.
