Mobile locking

Hi bros,

Is there anyway to lock a mobile on a specific GSM Cell Id, by Nemo i know it's not possible because we can only lock it on a bcch and then the mobile will decode the corresponding bsic.

Any way to do the lock on cellid from MSC side or by activating a feature i don't know.

TEMs also can not lock on specific CI, only lock on specific frequency.

I have very tight bcch freqs pool, so i don't have this case u r talking about
