Error in opening GRD and GRC File

Dear Members,

Here with i am attaching the GRD and GRC sample files which i cannot open in Mentum Planet Rf Tool, Since i am new to this vertical i want some one to open these files in mentum and let me have the feedback wether it opens or not. If it not opens please let me know the reason for not opening inthe software,and what needs to be done to create a accessable grc and grd file.
