Creating GRC and GRD

Dear Members,

I need to create GRC and GRD file which is compatible to Mentum Planet.

I have created the both the files with help of FME, SURFER , GLOBAL Mapper and many more but at the time of opening in Mentum planet i am receiving following error.

YOU MUST PROVIDE NAME

can somebody help me to resolve the issue, Its urgent!!!!!!!
