只不过是一个ALEX文档的浏览器而已，没有ALEX DATA数据库还是没有用的。

Alex is somewhat like Nokia Electronic Dictionary (NED), you need supporting libraries (BTS,NodeB,BSC, RNC, MSC etc...), to be imported/uploaded on it. Hope this helps.
