Hi,

Frequency scanning Tool is an efficient tool for hard optimization/redesigns.It supports scanning logfiles upto tems 5 and might be 6, but it can't supports TEMS 7 and onwards version for sure.Might be on this forum someone has its updated version or tool like this.

Does this tool work with other log files.....e.g agilent logs?

Hi,

I havent tried with agilent lgfiles, as far as i know; the export of this tool is based on TEMS, may be it couldnt support Agilent logs. But you can try.
