This near 300 page training guide from Lucent is probably one of the best I have seen in terms of detail and clarity. The explanations around cell selection, re-selection and paging procedures are especially good.

It doesn't need a premium account to DL. Sometimes rapidshare gives you some messages like "there are no free slots" or "you have to wait x minutes" but if you try again later it will DL ok..
