My friend link is not broken, may be there is Internet problem or something.

It is the HUAWEI OSS soft that you can download oss **** or parameters values from HUAWEI RNC, it is the only soft that you can download parameters backup data from RNC as I know.

In 2G you can easily download backup LMT dat file from BSC but for 3G LMT you cannot in HUAWEI system without CME.

The installer has a password during setup.
You can use replace existing setup.inx with this one to bypass this check.

GSM CME consists of two parts - client and server.
Server part are installed on M2000 server and client part on your PC.
So if you have not M2000 server client part will be useless.

I try to explain more clearly.
In order to send link for client I should to know which version of M2000 and CME Server are installed. Maybe it differs from my version. For this purpose send printout of command

#displayVersion
If CME Server is not installed yet you should to have rights and knowledge in order to install it on Solaris operation system. This operation is very dangerous. You can destroy M2000 server.
Except this you shoud to have license for CME features. This license is included in M2000 license.

So if you do not rethink I will share my version of GSM CME client.
But in my mind it will be better to you ask your support to provide for you CME.
