Cheap GPS receiver for TEMS, Nemo

Dear forum members,

Can you suggest a cheap (but good) GPS receiver that will work with TEMS & Nemo and can be purchased via Amazon or ebay?

EDIT: I have found this one, NMEA 0183 USB Globalsat BU-353. It is cheap and TEMS at least seems to support it. Has anyone used it? Do you recommend it?

I think the GPS device which uses mediatek chip is better, and it is also very cheap.
