No problem, I have this tool in my PC without problem.

for traslate put your coordenates example WGS 84 with spaces

lat -2 3 54.5 (-) is South for 2º3'54.5''S
lon -71 4 3.05 (-) is west for 71º4'3.05''W

and push CONVERTIR

I not like virus around here. So, pelase, dont put file with virus here. I have smoe special comp, and it is not resistant to viruses.
