Mates:

Do you know how to create excel function to automatically
Color the KPI values by green if it’s higher than the benchmarking values and color it by red if it’s lower than the benchmarking values as shown
As doing it manually sometimes led to mistakes

Thanks man, that's what I want but I don't know how to set two conditions from the same window like yours, I have just one condition per window as shown which let me do it in two steps
so can you guide me how to get a windows like yours 'with two conditional formatting at the same time' :hug:

Dear Sir,

What Mr Orazak show you is in excel 2003, but i think you use excel 2007, but i can show you how to do it
1. in home tab chose conditional formating/manage rules
2. click new rules and define your rules, click ok
3. if you want to add more rules, click again new rules and define again your rules. after you finish it click OK 2 times then you will got the result of your rules.
