I have a Sepura SHR3800, and when I read his info it says mainCodeSoftwareVersion>163900502935.He should be version V8.0-001, yes I think I need this V8.0-001.rmp file, if anyone can provide him I would appreciate it!
I no longer expect to upgrade the firmware to programme sepura radios that don't have a corresponding version of firmware, it's already taking me a lot of time, SEPURA's RM is simply too complicated compared to MOTO's CPS!

Dear friend!

Unfortunately, I don't have version 8.0, only 8.3.
v8.3-002 firmware for you:

I have the same radio, I recommend the following:
update to the latest version available: this is v10.5-004:

After that, you will no longer have to worry about updating, because there is no further option.
(Although I read that there is also a firmware version 10.5-006, this is unfortunately not available anywhere.)

Have a nice day

Thanks for that. GaborYes perhaps upgrading the radio might be the best option, but I don't have the correct way to do it, I can't find a description of upgrading the firmware in the RM1.81 pdf, I tried to upgrade it with a cheap srp2000 but was unsuccessful and encountered an error.I don't dare to try it on a srh3800 with data in it until it works, I wish I could save the data.Complaints about SEPURA's programming software being very cumbersome and impersonal for editing a single device!

You can easy upgrade your SRP-2000 too:
Top menus - Admin - New softvare vesion
All file formats
Choose V8.3-005 firmware
Made network template with v8.3
Made all parametes template to your radio with v8.3
Add your radios TEI to the database
Choose one ISSI
Enable Client
Made programming batch for your radio
Start client
Connect your radio and wait... done, you have one SRM2k with v8.3FW and blank template on it
Done

You can do the same for your SRH3800 with the v10.5-004 firmware.
(important: Always made first the network template for the same FW version or the validity function won't work in the RM)

Can I upgrade while keeping the data, e.g. by importing the RMC into a higher version of the template?

Best way is import RMC to the same versoin template.
After that velidate and save, then upgrade template (upgrade template function) to the latest and save.
Do not forget network template upgrade too.
