I have an SRP2000, but I don't have the corresponding firmware package. Is there any way I can write data. I tried to write a higher version of the template, but the machine stopped turning on. The RM1.81 software displayed "Error INVALID CUST 2" and the radio station displayed "Engineering mode"

What is your current FW version in your SRP-2000 radio?

To find out what software your radio has, press: Star 4 7 7
The radio will drop into a hidden engineering screen.
You can scroll through the various cards using the directional buttons, and exit using the up or red buttons.
The amount of cards you have will depend on the radio, programming, and the software installed.
On one of the cards, you will be presented with the following:
https://ibb.co/jkWGc5t

The first line is the software version
Second line is the terminal serial number
Third line is the MCC.MNC.ISSI
Fourth line is the TEI
The software version is decoded thus:
On the example we have:
1639 016 02933
1639 is the software version, 016 is the build number, 02933 is the terminal type (handheld / mobile).

I need this row (the first row) from you.

The latest (and last) avaible firmware for the SPR-2000 is the FW V8.3-002, 163901602932

What is not needed is that the machine is currently in a state where it cannot start up and perform operations, and the screen displays "Engineering mode" as shown in the picture. I connect RM Toolbox to read its INFO as shown in the picture. He was not in the V8.3-002 version before, and I tried to write the V8.3-002 template into the machine, so he couldn't boot up. Did I make an error in my upgrade method?

Here is the Sepura firmware matrix for you:
https://ibb.co/WxwBJcV

I have seen many versions of Sepura programming software, but never in asian.
Does the firmware you selected to update the radio to support the language you need?

I don't know if there is a correspondence between firmware and language. I am using RM1.81, which comes with Asian languages in the software. If there are relevant documents on how to properly operate and upgrade the radio station, it would be best. I really can't find the relevant documents

It is simple: go to the sepura folder and search for *.pdf so you can find all the help files.
