I don’t quite understand your question,

I use WeChat, when it running, Ctrl+F12 allows you to take screenshots,
the size or area are selected with the mouse.
and I CAN make some notes, before send or save.

if I need a large number of screenshots, then I launch a special SW,
mine is HardCopy Pro, just the first program found in 2007.

If you are interested in screenshots of complex polygons,
for example when we select the borders of a country, then yes, this is an interesting question.
We also need convenient management of polygons. save/load/edit.
SAS.Planet has something similar, but the map pieces are 256x256.

google mentions several SW by "screenshot with polygons"

FastStone Capture can do this, if need serial - I can send.
sorry, I not share SN here, These are the forum rules where I get it.
maybe google can help too with SN, not check

sorry this freehand will let you draw polygon manually and output will not be accurate at all,

I'm looking for a tool that automatically identify your exist polygon and give screenshot only for the area inside the polygon

I doubt that there are similar programs, for a screenshot with image analysis.
I’m almost sure that these tasks need to be divided into two.
1) a screenshot, some kind of program that allows you to launch something, after each screenshot.
2) image analysis by an external program.
Or a script for ImageMagick, or connect some kind of AI, or other.
but I’m not familiar with this.

Can be done in QGIS.

Add Google Satellite basemap to QGIS
Add your polygon to QGIS
Zoom the view to the polygon so the map extent is occupied as much as possible with your polygon
Save the google satellite using:
Export the Google Satellite layer

Save As Geotiff, clear the box against "Create VRT",
Provide a filename
Click Map Canvas Extent
For Resolution, choose horizontal and vertical, make them the same. Play with the value and keep an eye on the columns to make sure they are not too big. Maybe start with 10. Column values in the 1000 to 2000 should be fine. Depends on your use case.
Click OK

Now to clip that saved tiff file to your polygon
On the top menu bar, click raster then extraction then clip raster by mask layer
input layer = the saved tiff file from above
mask layer = your polygon
then click run, to save to a temporary layer or you can save to a file

You may need to consider Google Earth's conditions of use in regard to using their imagery and how your target audience may react.

any idea, can this be done using mapinfo or global mapper

global mapper I had success but have no time to try mapinfo is it's not an application I use much

load your polygon into global mapper
zoom to the selected layer (your polygon)
get world imagery from online source
select your polygon using the digitizer
right click on world imagery, then options, then go to the cropping tab
click on crop to currently selected polygon(s) and click ok
you can then export the layer

try export as PNG
you'll need to play around with the sample spacing to get an image that suits your use case

any idea, can this be done using mapinfo or global mapper

click on crop to currently selected polygon(s) and click ok
you can then export the layer

Finally, is there any online map that can show only buildings like below example
(better to be in GlobalMapper)

or much better to be like below OSM buildings map

Not that I am aware of, but I haven't looked deeply into it.

You could try taking images from a site of your choosing and Geo-referencing them in global mapper, then crop the geo-referenced image to your polygon.

using Connect to Online Data/
Add New Source

but I still didn't find the correct OSM building Tile server url

if someone knows, kindly share it
