have you ever calculated LTE Throughput License usage based on below guide
if yes, kindly share how you make the calculation as I feel confused how to do

different version are having different guide
Im using the calcuation guide for V100R016C10 with no problem

Sum the counter for all cells under the eNB & clculate it with the allocated QTY of the thrpt license

Monitoring Methods The throughput license usage is calculated as follows:
Downlink throughput license usage of an eNodeB = ∑(L.Thrp.bits.DL (http://127.0.0.1:7890/pages/GEJ0105S/13/GEJ0105S/13/resources/hert/mbts/perf/ratL/enodeb/b-enodeb-perf/Mt-1526728261.html))/(Licensed eNodeB throughput x 106 x Measurement period in seconds) x (1 – LICRATIO.UpLicRatio (http://127.0.0.1:7890/pages/GEJ0105S/13/GEJ0105S/13/resources/hert/mbts/mml/ratL/para/LicRatio-UpLicRatio.html)/100) x 100%
Uplink throughput license usage of an eNodeB = ∑(L.Thrp.bits.UL (http://127.0.0.1:7890/pages/GEJ0105S/13/GEJ0105S/13/resources/hert/mbts/perf/ratL/enodeb/b-enodeb-perf/Mt-1526728259.html))/(Licensed eNodeB throughput x 106 x Measurement period in seconds) x LICRATIO.UpLicRatio (http://127.0.0.1:7890/pages/GEJ0105S/13/GEJ0105S/13/resources/hert/mbts/mml/ratL/para/LicRatio-UpLicRatio.html)/100 x 100%
Throughput license usage of an eNodeB = ∑(L.Thrp.bits.UL (http://127.0.0.1:7890/pages/GEJ0105S/13/GEJ0105S/13/resources/hert/mbts/perf/ratL/enodeb/b-enodeb-perf/Mt-1526728259.html) + L.Thrp.bits.DL (http://127.0.0.1:7890/pages/GEJ0105S/13/GEJ0105S/13/resources/hert/mbts/perf/ratL/enodeb/b-enodeb-perf/Mt-1526728261.html))/(Licensed eNodeB throughput x 106 x Measurement period in seconds) x 100%

Some old excel I made that could help for throughput & RRC evaluations.

HERE (https://mega.nz/file/e3RmxRZB#mbs6oUEOEqJAF3dkRsAQNuP40VvbTCGyEwPkXzy6hGw)

Just input raw data for around 1 month in my case and also add the Throughtput & RRC licenses in the site, you can easily export them from U2020.

Yeah my bad with capital F

Usage:

Sum L.Thrp.bits.DL (bit) & L.Thrp.bits.UL (bit) & pivot with the following options-> Columns(start time), Rows(NE Name), Values(sum of both counters) & can paste in "Input raw throu data"
L.Traffic.Board.User.Max (None) is for RRC raw values & same logic
LT1S0ACTUS00 is for RRC license & LT1S0THROU00 is for throughput license that can be exported from U2020 as total licenses
Throughput evaluation sheet at License Opt column you can play with the values in order to see the util% for the future, left comments

Sorry if it is a mess but long time ago and not working with it again.
