what is the possible factors that can lead to increase of: L.DLPwr.avg
without any parameter or power change?

An increased power usage may be due to increased traffic, if no other change physical or logical parameter change was performed.

Check if traffic or PRB usage increased, and then check the performance/alarms of neighboring sites to see if there is a trend. Perhaps there is a festival in the area that caused increased traffic, or a neighbor cell was tilted down or gone out of service.
