Hey there,

i plugged in my SRM3500W to RM2.33 and it only says "Error" and restart and repeat.
So i looked up the log from Radio Manager:

The Error is that the Hardware-Code isn't read correctly. If i read out Information over Toolkit it also show HW-Code: "MSJTW____2C_0__".
That's not the real HW number. What's about this? Is this Radio manipulated? On RM1.8 it shows the HW-Code wrong too, but it programs fine.

Now i have a radio that i can't program with RM2.33 because the HW-Code isn't read/send correct. Is there a way to correct this?

Thanks,

Fabian

Good news:

for the 3500 series you don't need RM2, becuse the latest FW was 10.5, the good old RM1 v1.81 is more than enough.
If you want to use RM2, then try the older 2.8.

Thanks for xour answer. My problem is, that i have my programming stack on the RM2.33 and i don't want to use RM1.8 for only one radio :D
