Hello everyone!

I'm looking for some software to scan network cells. I need to find MCC, MNC, LAC/TAC, CID and for all technologies. Currently I'm thinking about to use SDR and found this repo https://github.com/JiaoXianjun/LTE-Cell-Scanner
Do you know some other projects?
