M0t0r0la Tetra MTM5200 to MTM5400

I bought three M0t0r0la MTM5400 radios a few weeks ago (all radios are same band, 380-430MHz).
Unfortunately, when they arrived, i got an unpleasant surprise:
one radio was indeed an MTM5400, the others were MTM5200.

Can anyone help me how to turn MTM5200 into MTM5400?
The MTM5400 can operate as DMO repeater, the MTM5200 does not have such a mode.

Bro, this would need flashing Firmware of MTM5400 to MTM5200 and also upload correct codeplug. Not something that can original software allow.

The following are given:

M0t0r0la Tetra CPS Plus Depot v7.8
Rpk files up to MR2022.2
Full flash images from all three radios
Codeplugs from all the radios
PMKN4110 rear connector USB programming cable
PMKN4105 rear connector RS232 programming and flash cable with UART upstart kernel upload capacity
Several UART upstart kernel files for the MTM5400 radio.
Racal digital radio test set.

When you say "Full Flash" do you mean you have managed to read from MTM5400 full firmware?

My problem is:
The MTM5200 has a transmitter power of 5 Watts originally, the MTM5400 has 10 Watts - same hardware? RF-finals too?

That will not do it, When I said full firmware read from radio means, all read from radio!! Boot + Firmware + Codeplug, all in one *.bin file

Problem solved successful:

2 MTM5200 radios became MTM5400.
The failed MTM5400 has also regained its factory parameters.
