About this Volume
The skills necessary to troubleshoot a system as complex as Dimetra IP can not be picked up from any written manual, and you should not be troubleshooting Dimetra IP if you don’t have substantive generic troubleshooting experience. This document tries to give pointers to where and how things can go wrong - it is not a generic troubleshooting guide, nor will it talk in detail about all thinkable problems.
Intended Audience
This volume is intended for technicians, network management personnel, or any other management personnel with responsibility for troubleshooting or monitoring the operational status of the Dimetra system.
