As far as I remember, I only saw the MX update locked on ESN.
but that was the only one MX update I saw.
maybe it's a hardware issue.

on support - only MXflex.

For MX we only have firmware updates from PCTEL which are tied to the ESN.
According to PCTEL this was as the firmware is dependent on installed hardware options.

For MXflex it's a common firmware as it is a software based scanner.

We also looking for MX (not MXFlex) Firmware file. We can modify firmware for every ESN and generate licenses for all devices without touching firmware.
if anyone is willing to share, we will appreciate it.

No, at the moment we do not share, but if you send me you device info and serial we can generate license for free.
