I am really courios what is a purpose of this? No budget for maps, tool, RF planner?
What will be the output of such site planning?
Which customer is accepting such terms and how much he is willing to pay for it?
Building sites is expensive and good RF planning will produce optimum network layout also for future growth.


It is like somebody is asking for free medical supplies, fake tools and manuals so he can perform medical operation ;)
