Hi, does anyone know of any free tools we can use to capture layer 3 on an Android UE.
We have XCAL and TEMS but we have a buunch of phones we cant unlock the bootloader on and put into engineering mode - so we're looking for free tools to help capture these messages.
Any ideas?
