4G signal disappear after 30 second

Colleagues,

I have an issue with 4G Nokia on a newly implement mobile. The signal appears for 30 seconds and than user is bumped to 3G. All hardware has been changed and the problem still persist. Any clue?

You could first check for "any LTE-1677 IDLE Mode Mobility Load Balancing Extensions" activation's -> 3G or any other IDLE Load Balancing on LNCEL objects
