How can I upgrade the firmware on my DP4401 and DP4801's? I need R02.21.01.1002 if possible.

I need to read/write/edit MPT personalities with MotoTRBO GOB Software, do you have the GOB software for MPT1327 programming?

Upgrade Package for OnSemi/NXP DP4401e, DP4601e, DP4801e Portables (NXP 8987). Firmware Version R02.21.04.3002, Codeplug Version 21.24.12. Note: CPS 2.0 / RM Version 2.122.70.0 or later must be used with this release.

I am having problem updating my DP4800 from R02.09.001.001 Firmware to newer versions.

I have some of the latest packages installed with CPS 2.0 / RM Version 2.122.70.0 but when I click update, there are no newer versions showing available to upgrade to.

You need a separate firmware upgrade license. Now only three years from the date of sale of the radio you can update the firmware free of charge. M0t0rola's greed is limitless :)

It is time to buy "Software Update Management" (SUM) feature license from M0t0r0la.

That error message appears when trying to upgrade a radio which does not have the SUM (Software Update Management) enabled. If the radio was purchased from M0t0r0la Solutions after November 2019, you might need to recover the SUM licence using CPS/RM.Radios purchased before November 2019 can only be upgraded to R2.10.8. Upgrading to anything newer requires that the radio be under a software maintenance agreement.
Radios purchased after this date will come standard with five years software maintenance.
