1- reflash phone
2- install apk and license apk in offline
3- replace phone host file for block online check license

this is crack file fix step,so you must keep license apk file then can fix

i think not need reflash phone, if you want reflash , maybe wipe then test it better;
coz if FW bug ,not this error ;

each android version / and models has different settings to replace the hosts file.
