Advice on latest techniques that work to download IEEE papers

Would someone on this website share some tips as to what the best way is to download IEEE papers for free given that the usual sites like sci-hub do not seek to work anymore.

I shall be most grateful if anyone can share some tips with me. Please use direct messaging if this is a more suitable preference for you.

Ilchi, these two sites just worked for me https://sci-hub.hkvisa.net/ and https://sci-hub.mksa*****/ , two of the other sci-hub sites didn't work, but they don't always have the paper your after. A quick Google search will give you all the various sci-hub links. Failing that, just post the links to the papers you are after and a member may well help you.
