Very Low 4G throughput in E******* footprint

Dear Respected Experts
We have observed very low throughput (around 2.7 Mbps) in E//vendor at our network though data utilization is very low around 55 to 60%.

With same data utilization (55%-60%), Huawei throughput around 6.2 Mbps in network.


What could be the reason and check point for E// side for this low throughput issues.

Dear Respected Experts, your kind help and expert opinion are very much required here to reveal this issues.
