actually ...how can I give someone reputation BEFORE I check what is the real value of the document he uploaded on the net ???

I got the password from gprastomo (thank you)... I checked all 7 modules and I can confirm that this document deserves double reputation not only one.. !! Never meet something like that one.. Absolutely useful and easy to understand.. Specially useful for (NSN) parameter fine tunning (IFHO, ISHO).. The only topic I missed was "HCS" ..

You are right my friend. We are here to share everything we think will help us all to gain more knowledge and experience. If drJaser finds it not important for him, maybe others will do. And besides, adding reputation is not that hard to do. One tick of mouse and its done. Lastly, maybe we don't lost any if we add rer to others. It's one way of helping everyone here specially junior members so they will be allowed to download files.Whats the purpose of sharing if others can't used it. Sharing shouldn't expect something in return.
