First:

please do not post Tetra related material in the DMR section!

Are your radios from the same band?
TG 400 - 433 MHz
TL 368.5 - 400 MHz
TN 380 - 414 MHz
TR 350 - 372 MHz
UO 440 - 473 MHz
XB 851 - 870 MHz
TZ 410 - 430 MHz
TS 370 - 400 MHz
TW 380 - 430 MHz
TT 380 - 400 MHz
UW 407 - 473 MHz
On your handhelds remove the battery and you should find a sticker with the Hardware Code.
Ignore the first three characters, and look at the next two to get the "band".

What is your firmware version on your radios?
You can check:
You can scroll through the various cards using the directional buttons, and exit using the up or red buttons.
The amount of cards you have will depend on the radio, programming, and the software installed.

On one of the cards, you will be presented with the following:
The first line with numbers: 1234 123 12345 (please hare with us this information, important to got your FW version)
Meaning is: 1234 is the firmware version, 123 is the build number, 12345 is the terminal type (handheld / mobile).
Second line is the terminal serial number
Third line is the MCC.MNC.ISSI
Fourth line is the TEI

SRP 2000 can be updated to firmware version 8.3.
SRH 3900 can be updated to firmware version 10.X.

Both radios can be programmed with the same cable:
Sepura 400-00001
or you can use the CarKit for programming too - Sepura 300-00031.

The most problematic part is the software:
you need Sepura Radio manager.

Hi Thanks for your response and sorry for posting in the wrong area.

In response

The 5 radios are have the following bands, firmwares here they are for each radio.

SRH3900 - TW - 1652-013-03150
SRP2000 - TG - 1473-009-00014
SRP2000 - TG - 1473-009-00014
SRP2000 - TS - 1470-007-00014
SRP2000 - TS - 1470-007-00014

I’ve been looking about but can’t seem to find the hardware to hook it up to the pc.

I do have Radio Manager 2 but is this compatible?

Once again any further information into my findings would be much appreciated.

Cheers

Hi there,

you have incompatible bands:
SRP2000 TS: 370-400MHz, 1470-007-00014 = Firmware v5.0-001, 002 or 003
SRP2000 TG: 400-433MHz, 1473-009-00014 = Firmware v5.0-004 or 005
SRH3900 TW: 380-430MHz, 1652-013-03150 = Firmware v9.5-003

Sepura Radio Manager 2 is fine for all your radios.
Upgrade your SRP's to Fw v8.3-002 (1639-016-02932), this is the last and latest Fw for the SRP2000 series.
You don't need to upgrade your SRH3900 (latest Fw for the SRH3900 is v10.21-004 1746-028-03150).

You have only one common frequency in all your 5 radios: 400,0MHz

To program, upgrade them, you must buy Sepura 400-00001 SRP/SRP programming cable or Sepura 300-00031 SRH/SRP CarKit.

Hi Gabor thanks again for this useful information.

I have a cable on the way. Will I be able to program all 5 to 400Mhz and use them all that way in direct mode?

Also where can I get the new firmware for all of them? Where is reliable?

You’ve really been a great help on this i appreciate your support.

Many thanks

Hi there,

yes, you can use all your radios together on 400,0MHz in DMO mode or trough one DMO repeater in 1A repeater mode (without shift).

Firmware packages for you:
V8.3-002 (Signed Software).RMP
