MTM800E no audio output

Hi everyone.

I have a problem with a Moto MTM800E that i use as a dmo link and svxlink. I use an R1 2020 sound card like the one on this page https://vktetra.com/build-your-own-gateway-connecting-to-the-radio/

The raspi detects the sound card and the 3.3 volt ftdi cable. I receive TG conversations and SDS command reports, but when i transmit with a portable radio, no audio comes out through the MTM800E.

Anyone know what the problem could be?

I have the external output through the rear connector configured in the codeplug.

hi. probably correct pinout of radio side listed in column "R1 2020 Socket" and also correct connection pins shown in foto above table
