the reputation barracuda made fourm newbies very hard to download even an attachment picture,completely ridiculous rule.Here is the pubic available QCAT for newcommers,wasting time search in fourm result in archive all with password or cannot seen any hidden uploads.This is the old QCAT,but enough for UMTS/LTE decodes.
