I suppose we are talking about NSA.
Fake 5G normally refers to situation where you have 5G logo on the phone but you actually haven't added the SCG or don't have NR coverage.

Typically it's related with upper layer indication being enabled on LTE cells that do not overlap with NR coverage.

Usually Fake 5G is radiated with a site of NR700 or DSS 700..

It will share its BW with L700..

When you say "optimize" you mean, coverage? if that is the case, you have to tune the LNR700L850-Mx-x-Ax_Portx
