Programming "Clear to Send" Tone on MTP850 in DMO

I am new to the TETRA world and have recently purchased two MTP850 in the UHF band for amateur radio usage. I would like to know if the "clear to send" tone is programmable for DMO and if so, where should that setting be? It is the very short high pitched beep after the other radio has keyed up and the channel is clear.

I have understood that it can be found from parameters depending on your software version, but I think you don't really need it. Tetra radio should not transmit until channel is free. You can test if this works by holding PTT while other person is talking. In my Tetra radio it blocks the transmission and starts it after channel is free.
