looking for RTN 380 software

I know that employers have turned local engineers into
TeamViewer launchers for Huawei, and they pay us accordingly.

but maybe there are guys who work with the equipment,
update it themselves, and can share RTN 380 firmware me too.
(I haven't money for support contract)
