Calculator for Band NR5 Qualcomm and NV Item Documentation

Hello everyone, tell me no one has a calculator for calculating 5G Band in cells

/nv/item_files/modem/mmode/nr_band_pref
/nv/item_files/modem/mmode/nr_nsa_band_pref


And just in general, is there somewhere a description of all the cells that can be in the phone, I downloaded all the item files that the phone theoretically supports.
But QXDM does not know all of them (which byte is responsible for and what). Some old commands could be understood by the source code of the modem (2014 year), but now new commands are coming out and it is difficult to understand them, especially when they are also disabled

But the value range is limited to 64bit range so another 65_128 file will needed,I guess same for the NR
