Hi all,
First post here.
I have a fleet of DP1400s running on version R01.01.30 (final CPS1 firmware) and have recently added 6 more which came running R01.01.45 (CPS2 firmware) and have since been updated to R01.01.49.0000 (final firmware before software update management policy was brought in).
I tried updating the older radios (I got R01.01.49.0000 from my dealer) but they don't list R01.01.49.0000 as an option when updating.
I believe I need to update to the first CPS2 firmware (R01.01.40.0000 I believe) before I can then update further however none of my dealers can source a copy of this and ******** aren't being any help.
Does anyone have a copy of this/know where to get a copy from or have a workaround so I can get all my radios running on the same CPS2 firmware?
