E******* ENM GSM how to add neighbor

Hi everybody, does somebody know how to add gsm neighbors in the new ENM interface. also what is the MO for that, gerancellrelation MO only shows and ID but how to know what is the relation, does it exist in other MO? thank you

I guess the MO gerancellrelation is for intra BSC cells, and the MO externalgerancellrelation is for inter BSC neighbors and you must define the externalcells in the mo externalgerancell
