Asset installation issue

Please I need your help.
I successfully installed asset on my window 7 PC. I use Oracle 12C to create asset database. Asset work perfectly okay.
I decided to format my window 7 and install window 10 V1809 build 17763.1 on the same PC, created asset database using Oracle 12C. Copy lservrc file in enterprise installation directory. Run Admin.exe using administrative right, it keep saying "no license found for enterprise Product Suite"
My lock code for window 7 and window 10 is the same.
Window 10 is activated to Test Mode
Please how can I make window 10 Pro to detect lservrc file?
Window 7 detect lservrc file but window 10 keep saying license error. I don't want to use window 7

we try install asset 9.1 on win 10
but after install oracel 12c and 19c cant use localhost:5500 for config database.
anyone install version 9.1 on win 10 please help?

According to the criterion, a guy must have privileges in order to meet the requirements:

1)Junior Member
Registered and pass email validation;

2)Junior Member to Member
At least 1 posts, and reputation greater than 15,and registered time greater than 3 days;

3)Member to Senior Member
at least 200 posts, and reputation greater than 200,and registered time greater than 90 days;

not deserved title of senior member.

There are a lot of forum members on the site who do not have the status of a senior member, although the guys are smart, they publish relevant posts.

Who are you to judge somebody's post is useless or useful ?! you only have 1 vote and simply can like or ignore it. Contribute and collect some reputation and thanks you will be senior automatically. It is not happening selectively or an administrator does it based on his/her own wish !
