we face a problem during install OMStarV500R016C00RC3


file named : MSVCR100.dll can not found




after installation finish , and copy Authentication to Lib folder . its paste ok


but the result when Open OMStar.exe , Error message appear inform us ( database has been damaged )

Try to delete omstar, reboot pc, install latest visual c librarys, than install omstar
