Agilent has quite a few free webcasts that some of you might find of interest. They covers topics on UMTS, LTE, WiMAX and others.

You can use the freeware/GPL program Camstudio (google it) to record them for viewing offline. You can even convert them to an ipod friendly format for viewing when you are travelling etc :)
