View Full Version : SeeGull Assistant don't see my IBflex via ethernet port

I set IP at IBflex to 192.168.2.100/255.255.255.255
i set IP at Laptop to 192.168.2.2/255.255.255.255

reboot scanner, ping work OK
Pinging 192.168.2.100 with 32 bytes of data:
Reply from 192.168.2.100: bytes=32 time=4ms TTL=64
Reply from 192.168.2.100: bytes=32 time=2ms TTL=64
Reply from 192.168.2.100: bytes=32 time=2ms TTL=64

i has FULL unit, all licenses enabled, Ethernet/wifi/BT too.
i see scanner from phone via BT.

but SeeGull Assistant 2.2.6.0 don't see my scanner via Ethernet ((

how to fix this ?

Hi,

Are you sure that your scanner can be connected to SeaGull Assistant through Ethernet?

I've connected IbFlex only through USB cable.

Can't you use USB instead of Ethernet?

of course USB works. but the scanner is only two years old, and the USB already needs to be re-soldered.
and most importantly, remote work. over ethernet - I can work from 500 km.
that's why I asked my question. Thanks.

Hi,

I understand your point of view.

I can't help unfortunately as I've used IBflex only with Nemo products and since they don't offer connectivity through Ethernet I never used such type of connectivity.
