R&S FSH4 (The Self Alignment Data is not compatible with the current FW)

Hello.

I had FSH4 with FW version ... it seems 1.41.
but when I installed version 2.5 or 3.10, when booting appeared the warning:
The Self Alignment Data is not compatible with the current Firmware Version.

maybe this is a stupid question, but someone knows how to fix it ?

I have the oldest firmware V2.50. maybe someone has an older one ?

resolved.
Setup -> Self alignment.
but need FSH-Z28 (FSH-Z29)

the only thing is that InstrumentView
for some reason doesn't see the device over Ethernet.
although I buy all the options for this fsh4.
