where do you do with old telecommunication equipment, like BTS ?

my boss turn off a lot of old base stations, aprox 10 years old.

we want to earn some money, but we don't know who to sell them to.
there are many expensive radio components and blocks,
I see that something similar is being sold for ebay, but in reality,
they are bought only for the remelting of precious metals,
and they pay a few dollars per kilogram.

tell me, did someone solve similar issues?
